Neighbours have expressed concern over a planning proposal to re-develop a Cobbett Road site into a block of 20 flats.
They say Crayfern Homes Ltd’s plans to demolish existing properties and
create a very large four-storey block at 55-61 Cobbett Road would be
out of scale with other properties. The plans allow for 12 parking
spaces, and, neighbours say, “very little open space”.
The application reference is 08/00169/FUL and details can be found at
Gateway in the Civic Centre, and on the Council’s website here. (Unfortunately the 'view associated documents' option doesn't work - on our machine at least.)
Comments about the plans need to be received by March 20, and can be made via the above website, or by email or in writing.
