Inspectorate rejects appeal to build Bond Road flats

The Planning Inspectorate has dismissed an appeal by Wickborne Homes Ltd against the Council’s decision to reject permission for plans to build three one-bed flats and two two-bed flats in a three storey block at 23 Bond Road.
