The evening was arranged in collaboration with PCSO Collette Craddock whose beat includes the area around Bellamy House. She approached the SUJ and the gig was arranged.

Image Colin McAllister of the SUJ said "they were the best sing along crowd we have played to so far! The audience seemed to really enjoy it and we had a great time."

The Southampton Ukulele Jam meets every other Monday at Talking Heads in Portswood. They have been featured on the BBC and in the Daily Echo and played gigs in Southampton and Winchester since they were formed in June 2008.
