Beechwood Junior School, off of Midanbury Lane, is on the lookout for a community governor.
Governors represent many walks of life, and their role is to help lead the school, not manage it.
Nine meetings a year are held at Beechwood. Each governor is linked to
a class and he or she goes into school once a term to spend time with
the children during lessons so that they get a feel of what goes on
during the school day.
If you would like to find out more then give the school office a call on 023 8022 7692 between 9 and 4.30pm.
