"It's not easy being the parent, partner, carer, brother, sister or
child of a drug user but research shows that the support of people
close to drug users has a huge part to play in their treatment and
recovery,” says Southampton Drug Action Team, which is consulting
residents about support services for the family and carers of drug
users.
The Team is responsible for commissioning drug treatment services in
the city, and wants to know what kind of support services you think
should be on offer to families and carers of drug users.
Alternatively
you can pick up a questionnaire from a range of Southampton City
Council bases: Civic Centre, Marlands House or Southbrook Rise. All
responses will remain anonymous.
