The Friends of Riverside Park will be discussing improvements for the playground at Woodmill at a public meeting on Tuesday May 11.

The extraordinary general meeting takes place at 8pm at the Bitterne Park Baptist Church Hall, Oak Tree Road, SO18 1PH.

 
It’s all part of the consultation process for the group’s lottery bid for the renovation of the playground at Woodmill — known by some as ‘the Wooden Playground’.

The improvement plans will be on display, and anyone with an interest in the area is welcome.
